Chicken and Shiitake Dumplings is a dish, with the main ingredients being chicken breast, mushrooms, green peppers, or chili peppers.



Ingredients:

Chicken breast, shiitake, green peppers or chili peppers, scallions and ginger, five-spice powder, chicken bouillon, a little sesame oil, salt.

Steps:

1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces for later use.

2. Wash the Shiitake and squeeze out the water.

3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces for later use.

4. Wash the green peppers and cut them into pieces for later use.

5. Cut the scallions and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

6. Put all the ingredients together, add a suitable amount of salt, sesame oil, five-spice powder, and chicken essence (if you like color, you can add some soy sauce) and mix well! Then add a little oil, and the most important thing is to stir-fry all the mixed ingredients in the pan until they change color! This will enhance the fragrance of the filling!

7. Take out the purchased dumpling wrappers and start wrapping the dumplings!

8. When the dumplings are wrapped, you can put enough water in the pot, and when the water boils, put the dumplings in, sticking them to the edge of the pot. At the same time, use a spoon to stir, with the convex surface of the spoon contacting the dumplings, not too much at a time. Depending on the size of the pot, about 25 dumplings can be cooked at once. After the water boils, add more clear water, and wait until it boils 3–4 times before scooping the dumplings onto a plate. Then we can start eating!

Tips: Dipping sauce for dumplings: sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, coriander, sesame and chili, adjust according to personal taste.
